8/18/2013 Coriander on a Sunday morningThis morning the house is filled with the smell of coriander and I want tacos. We let some of our cilantro go to seed twice a year to collect the coriander for seasoning and seed for next year. The process takes about a hour and the reward pays all year long and not to mention it is the freshest you can get. The next time your cilantro bolts just let it go the seed will be worth more to you in December.
