This week we have a early harvest of Broccoli Raab! 
The Raab is 2 weeks early so we are going to try a second cutting to see if it works,  if not we have more started in trays just incase. The rest of the garden is on schedule and coming along nicely. Leeks are planted and will be slow back filled to blanc the stalks. Sugar Snap Peas are already a foot tall and ready for their trellis. The Carrot bed is coming in despite unfavorable spring we have been dealing with, no rain, hot weather and dry winds. This great sunny California weather is great for doing stuff but not so good for growing plants. All in all things are looking good in the garden thanks to a healthy water supply from the well.  


Enjoy the Broccoli Raab this weekend and we should have Head Lettuce starting in 2 weeks.
