On Tuesday the mushrooms were pinky nail size (my pinkie nail which is very small by the way!) Now, we have size able, edible baby portabellos!!! Nice birthday gift for Jason, the farmer! Can't wait to get him the plugs for the tree stumps in the spring! We will have our very own mushroom crop growing right by the little river.
