infamous Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies!
Below I have included the recipe for those who would like to try it themselves!
Tips: I use a dark metal pan to cook the cookies, and I only bake one sheet at a time.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cream together with an electric mixer:
2 sticks butter
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of white sugar

Add and continue mixing:
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Slowly add the following dry ingredients after combining them in a small bowl:

1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Stir in to the cookie dough:
3 cups of Regular Oats
1 cup of chocolate chips

Drop cookie dough onto sheet by rounded tablespoon, or your preferred method.
Bake for about 10 minutes- bake until look pretty much cooked, but are still a bit soft in the middle. As soon as you can, take the cookies off the cookie sheet and cool on a wire rack.

Enjoy!
